The Gunnebo Industries GG Clevis Shortening Hook is a high-quality Grade 100 rigging hook designed for secure and efficient chain sling adjustments. Featuring cradle (saddle) lugs on both sides, this hook supports the chain under load, preventing deformation and maintaining the full working load limit.
Key Features: Clevis Pin Attachment – Allows for direct connection to Grade 100 or Grade 80 chain slings without additional coupling links.
Cradle (Saddle) Lugs – Provide extra chain support, preventing link deformation and ensuring no reduction in working load limit.
Shortening Hook Design – Enables precise chain length adjustments while maintaining a secure hold under load.
Heavy-Duty Alloy Steel Construction – Ensures exceptional strength, durability, and long-term reliability.
Optimized for Chain Connection – Designed to slip over a specific chain link, not through it; inserting the tip into a link is unsafe and should be avoided.
4:1 Design Factor – Built for safety and reliability in demanding applications.
Meets Industry Standards – Fulfills requirements in EN 1677:2008 (WLL +25%), ASTM A952/A952M, and AS 3776:2015. The Gunnebo GG Clevis Shortening Hook is a trusted choice for professionals who require secure, high-performance rigging solutions. Order today for a durable and dependable chain attachment!
