A catalogue can list anything. What matters on a lift is who made the assembly, who pulled it to proof load, and whether the size you need is on a rack or on a ship.

The record
On the record since 1977
Our forefathers set up shop on the quays of Darukhana to serve the Arab dhows that called at the bunders with cargoes of dates from the Middle East. With a couple of blacksmiths and a furnace, they set about making anchors and chains for those customers.
Sealinkers was founded in 1977 by the second generation, to put the manufacture, stock and supply on an organised footing.

Rigging calculators
Leg tension, chain sling WLL, hitch capacity and rope weight — free, with the numbers behind every result.
Sling Load Calculator
Work out leg tension for a 1–4 leg sling at any angle, and see the smallest wire rope, alloy chain or round sling that covers it.
Open the calculatorChain Sling WLL by Angle
Start from the chain on your rack — 6 mm to 32 mm, grade 80 or 100 — and read the assembly WLL at the angle you are rigging at.

The same 6×36 IWRC sling carries three different loads. Compare vertical, choker and basket capacity across every diameter.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask first
Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp — +91 93729 19606.
We make them. Wire rope and chain slings are cut, terminated and assembled in our own works in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai — including on India's first 3,000 tonne swaging machine, installed in 2002 — and our sister company Zebra Weblift has woven polyester webbing in-house since 1990.
Every sling and assembly we make is proof-loaded on our own test bed before it is despatched, and leaves with a test and examination certificate in our own name on its serial number. Our test machines run from 1 to 1,200 T. Where a job is surveyed, testing is witnessed by the class society — IRS, ABS, LRS, BV.
The common sizes of wire rope, shackles, chain and fittings are held in our warehouses at Darukhana, Rabale, Kalamboli and Khalapur, and Usha Martin wire rope from 5–127 mm is cut to length to order. We have 23,500+ active items on our books. Ex-stock orders are dispatched within 72 hours.
Within 24 hours on working days. Send the load, the hitch or application, and any class or site requirement — a photograph of the old gear or its tag is often enough.
