Full Description
The Dee Shackle with Nut & Bolt is drop forged and available in electric galvanized or hot dip galvanized finishes. Designed with a 6:1 safety factor, this heavy-duty shackle is widely used in factories, marine applications, construction, and industrial rigging. It is ideal for secure lifting, load-bearing connections, and wire rope or sling attachments where additional safety is required.
Specifications
- • Material: High tensile steel, Grade 4 or 6, quenched and tempered
- • Standard Compliance: Meets federal specification RR-C-271F type IVA, grade A, class 2 and EN 13889
- • Temperature Range: -20°C to +200°C
- • Surface Treatment: Hot Dip Galvanized for superior corrosion resistance
- • Locking Mechanism: Nut & Bolt with Cotter Pin for enhanced security in high-load applications
