MG-EGKN Grade 100 Chain Sling – Single Leg with Master Grab & Sling Hook
The MG-EGKN Grade 100 Chain Sling is a high-performance single-leg lifting sling built using the Gunnebo GrabiQ system, combining multiple functions into a compact, efficient design. This configuration features a Master Grab (MG) top fitting that acts as the master link, connection point, and integrated shortening device, paired with a latched EGKN sling hook on the working end for secure load attachment.
We offer online purchase sizes from 5/16" through 5/8", with Working Load Limits ranging from 5,700 lbs up to 22,600 lbs (vertical). Additional sizes, lengths, and custom configurations are available on a per-quote basis for specialized lifting applications.
Pro Tip: The Master Grab (MG) fitting allows you to shorten the chain without additional hardware while maintaining full rated capacity. This makes MG-EGKN slings ideal for applications with varying pick heights or where quick adjustment is required. Made from Gunnebo Grade 100 alloy chain and components – new and certified

Maintains full Working Load Limit when shortened
Fewer components for reduced weight and easier inspection
Individually serialized and furnished with metal load tag
Load tag indicates chain size, sling length, Working Load Limit, and serial number
Assembled and inspected in-house using genuine Gunnebo GrabiQ components Why Choose MG-EGKN GrabiQ Chain Slings?
The MG-EGKN configuration offers a smarter alternative to traditional chain sling assemblies by combining multiple functions into a single top fitting. The Master Grab eliminates the need for separate shortening hooks and connectors, resulting in a lighter, more streamlined sling that is easier to handle and faster to rig.
The EGKN sling hook provides a versatile, general-purpose connection point with a reliable safety latch, making this configuration ideal for everyday lifting applications. With fewer components to inspect and maintain, MG-EGKN slings help improve safety compliance while reducing inspection time.
