Speedbinders Torque Drive Load Binders: Revolutionizing Load Securement
Speedbinders' Torque Drive Load Binders are transforming the load securement industry by integrating innovative technology that enhances efficiency, safety, and ease of use. Designed to work seamlessly with portable power drills, these binders eliminate the need for manual ratcheting, offering significant advantages over traditional binders.
Key Features: Power Drill Operation: Utilizing a portable power drill to tension and release chains, these binders significantly reduce manual labor and associated strain. This method is up to three times faster than traditional ratcheting, leading to considerable time and cost savings.
Enhanced Safety: The design minimizes repetitive, straining operations, reducing the risk of injuries. The handle acts as a reaction bar, maintaining chain tension throughout the journey and virtually eliminating chain loosening due to road vibrations.
Durable Construction: Equipped with a sealed gearbox and zinc-coated components, Speedbinders are built to withstand harsh conditions, extending their operational life up to four times longer than standard binders.
Tamper-Resistant: Requiring a drill for operation adds a layer of security against unauthorized load tampering, enhancing overall safety.
Versatility: Designed to operate efficiently in tight spaces without the need for extensive clearance, making them ideal for various load securement scenarios. Available Models: TD-66 (Part #3674481): Suitable for 5/16" to 3/8" chains with a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 6,600 lbs. Ideal for landscapers, skid loaders, and mini excavator operators.
TD-92 (Part #3674483): Compatible with 3/8" to 1/2" chains, offering a WLL of 9,200 lbs. Suitable for steel haulers, construction, and heavy-duty equipment operators.
TD-13 (Part #3674485): Designed for 1/2" to 5/8" chains with a WLL of 13,000 lbs, catering to heavy hauling and steel coil transport applications. By adopting Speedbinders' Torque Drive Load Binders, operators can achieve faster, safer, and more efficient load securement, leading to increased productivity and reduced operational costs.
