Since 1990

Woven in our own works

A technical collaboration with Miller Weblift Ltd, UK in 1990 put synthetic polyester flat-belt and round slings into production, woven in-house from the first year. Weaving our own webbing means slings are made to the length, width and construction a job needs.

Which standards do Zebra slings follow?

Flat webbing slings follow EN 1492-1 and round slings EN 1492-2, including the colour code for the working load limit.

What does the sling colour mean?

Under EN 1492 the sleeve or webbing colour shows the working load limit in a straight lift: violet 1 t, green 2 t, yellow 3 t, grey 4 t, red 5 t, brown 6 t, blue 8 t and orange 10 t and over. Always read the label as well.

Can you make slings to our length?
